De acuerdo, tipo, it’s a long time since the last update. Tronsmart sent us the new beta firmware for Tronsmart MK908.
For all of the bugs you guys report in Android 4.1, Tronsmart has known them,and want to solve them all in the Android 4.2 actualizar. This beta firmware just base on the newest rockchip android 4.2 SDK.

Some Known Problem:
1 Netflix don’t work with Android 4.2 TV STICK now;
2 still 720p upscale, but factory will give me a 1080p kernel tomorrow for Tronsmart MK908 and you can flash to make it to 1080P.
AnTuTu Benchmark didn’t work on our MK908 with this 4.2 Beta release…
AnTuTu benchmark is working fine for me after upgrade to 4.2 beta…score 15.8K

– Versión: 4.2.2
– The mouse cursor moves smoother and the input latency is much better
– The onboard keyboard pops up if I plug in a wireless mouse (was buggy in Finless 1.4 ROM)
– No screen jekyness
– Does not rotate the screen during AnTuTu or with other apps
– AnTuTu score: 14245 (but it’s not getting as warm as with the Finless 1.4 ROM)
– Logitech keyboard: Mute and volume buttons work
– There is a power button on the status bar. Finally 🙂

– External USB Audio Device works, and hotpluggable, so it does’n need to be present at boot
– If I plug-in my USB DAC, it reboots when I enter in the settings menu :-/ and the sound is popping. This is my only problem. (Netflix is a known issue.. I haven’t tried that)
Wassup with the mk908 getting all of the updates but the t428 not getting any?

I see that a power button has been added to the soft keys at bottom of screen, i assume that this button will turn it off. What about turning the unit back on?
Is there any kind of remedy for that?
For all the tech that this MK908 packs , its kind of antiquated having to plug and unplug the unit every time you use it. (Bangs head & face palm)
