the phone should be powered off. click the upgrade and then connect the phone with the pc. if nothing happen, pls try another usb port on your pc. back one it better. or try by another pc
Dear gurus,
I tried you guidelines and it seems that works fine because after run upgrade the program complete 100% with green status but then when I tried to power on the device it’s not able to do it and even if I remove the battery and put it back it doesn’t power on anymore. When I connect the power supply cable if the device has the batter tehn the red led is not active then if I remove the battery the red led became active.
I tried to replace the battery but same problem!
Do you have an idea what can I do?
