Paso 3: Click the “Download ”and turn off your Smartphone .Then connect your C11 with your PC through the USB cable .
What you should do is just to wait and stare at the progress bar until it’s completed .

Can you please tell me which drivers are these and where i can find them in my cellphone (HTM A6) ? i’m looking for them but i cant find them anywhere.
exept if you mean the installation that the PC does the first time i connected the phone to the PC.
