Thanks for the support of freaktab ROM developer, they have made a custom rom for キューブU30GT2 RK3188 quad core mini pc, and it has geekbuying boot image, special for geekbuying customers!
Here is the changelog:
- defaults to english language
- 根
- some bloat removed
- busybox and init.d support
- play/market fixes for more apps in Google Play
- 2 gig app space (this is standard on the stock ROM)

フラッシュする方法?
- Download and extract to a folder
- connect the tab to the PC (you did remove the sdcard)
- start the ROM flash tool
- put the tab into flash mode, the PC should detect it, see below for instructions
- install drivers if required
- erase idb
- flash, the ROM kit is correctly configured
- the tab should boot to recovery and format cache, data and sdcard (this will take a few minutes)
- the tab should now boot
注意事項
- Flashing will delete everything on your Cube consider backing up first and remve any sdcard
Booting to Bootloader
- Power off the Cube
- hold Vol +
- 後 3 に 4 seconds release Vol +
- The Cube should be detected by the PC.

Followed instructions as below.
First attempt: – PC detected tablet without need to press vol+ button “USB connected”, started ROM flash tool which detected RKAndroid device, “Found RKAndroid mass storage USB”. Then problems – both EraseIDB and Flash ROM produced messages “MSC can’t do erase NAND” と “MSC device can’t do upgarade”.
Second attempt – After PC detects tablet as above switch off tablet then hold Vol+ button for 3-4 secs as advised. Nothing on tablet screen but started ROM flash tool on PC. メッセージ “No found RKAndroid rock USB”. Tried EraseIDB and Flash ROM but advised “No device for upgrading”
