How to Root T-R42 Quad Core TV Box with Bluetooth Function

Many of our customers always asked that how to root T-R42, K-R42 Bluetooth version. We always replyed that:  the same with K-R42.  yes the same, and today I am posting this blog for those who wanna easily find out with the Key word T-R42 根.

  • USBデバッグが有効になっていることを確認してください T-R42(設定 -> 開発者向けオプション)
  • Connect your K-R42 to a Windows PC via the mini USB port. (Windows PC経由でのルート化のみをサポートするようになりました, LinuxやMacは不可)
  • PC は新しいデバイスを検出するはずです, そしてドライバーをインストールしてみます. ドライバーをダウンロードできますhttp://www.mediafire.com/download.php?yqxz3wnqi2hpmcm
  • ドライバーをインストールした後, ダウンロードRK3188_ROOT.rar , ファイルを抽出します.
  • 「TPSparkyRoot.bat」をクリックします” そして指示に従ってください. 後 2 リブート, デバイスはルート化されている必要があります.

      When I launch TPSparkyRoot.bat I get errors “デバイスが見つかりません”. And I cannot root it. Please Help me.

      Driver I have installed succesfully (in device manager it is something like “RockUsb Device”).
      I connect it to PC with Recovery Button hold.

      Help me with it, I don’t know what to do next.

      just tried to install everything like you said but the drivers don’t want to work! Windows finds “rk31sdk” と “MTP” and for both there ist no driver…

      can anyone help me?

      For peoples who can not install the drivers,just install Moborobo this prog. install all drivers auto. and than u can find your device with TPSparkyRoot.bat…. have fun with your rooted box…

      What’s the password for extract files in the RK3188_ROOT.rar file ? “geekbuying.com” don’t seems be the good password.

      Make sure USB Debugging is enabled on your T-R42(設定 -> 開発者向けオプション)
