after you install this XBMC on your tronsmart prometheus, you will get a real great media box. I have tested so many android tv box, from allwinner chip to rockchip chip ,and amlogic chip,i have to see, the amlogic has the best video player functions, and if you want me to recommend a real good xbmc media box, tronsmart promethues is still the best choice till now.

Yesterday I downloaded and installed the update. 不幸にも, I think that it is terrible, I even have a problem connecting to Google Play. I tried to restore a previous version, but instead removed all my applications (including Google applications). Can someone please help me how to go back to the previous version?

I just installed the new firmware (win8ui) but I find it worse than the firmware 4.2.2
How to return to firmware 4.2.2 because when I want to install I get an error date “prop build time error” …

I have try most solutions but i have all time the error message :
Assert failed : Iless_than_int(1369747439. Getprop(« ro.build.date.utc »)
when i want downgrade the prometheus.
Or a solution for return to the android interface without this s..t windows 8 interface (this is not just a menu)…

It’s sdcard (sdhc4go)
i remplace it by old sd 2go and the complete reset / install is ok

こんにちは, i’ve just buy the prometheus and i’ve installed xbmc (same version of the link above), i’m satisfied with this player but the hdmi output is set to 720p, i can’t change to 1080p…is a an hardware limitation of the prometheus ?

Hi i have a Tronsmart Prometheus i try to upgrade with a new firmware and then it was going to upgrade forever so after maybe more then one hour i decide to turn it off because it look like something was wrong and when i reopened the Tronsmart Prometheus the lights on the device came on but on the TV screen it did not appeared any more is like there is non device connected to my TV.
Any suggestion how can i fixed if i can fixed.
