Here is the newest custom rom for the トロンスマート MK908II, hope you guys enjoy it!
Changelog:
1) Rooted and new SU and Superuser applied that supports Android 4.2.2
The stock Tronsmart ROM was rooted but NOT CORRECTLY! And was using an old version!
2) ストックROMはだけでした 2 アプリスペースのギグ.
ただし、パラメーターファイルオプションもあります!
1GBもあります, 2GB, 4GBおよび6GBオプション.
フラッシュツールでそれを変更する方法については、以下をお読みください.
Realize if you use this 6gb option, internal SDcard will only have about 600 megs of free space!
3) Google Playから入手できるジャンクアプリとGoogleアプリのデブローズ.
I also updated Google Play and required Google APPs to the latest version.

7) VSYNC patched kernels! Yep the stock kernel in this ROM has micro frame skipping.
Sometimes I just get Tronsmart! They fix it in some of their devices but not in others.

Yes I give you TRUE 1080P kernel! I patched the stock kernel myself!

There are also matching boot.img’s.
The boot1080.img will give you large icons (like 720P) with a 1080P kernel.
ノート: DO NOT use boot1080.img with a 720 kernel or your screen will be all jacked up on boot!

no matter what Id o, i cannot get it recognized by the windows 7 PC.

I downloaded this latest firmware for the MK908II and tried to flash it onto the device. Followed your instructions precisely, driver update was successful, I’ve rebooted the PC and the MK908II and then tried to do the flashing. The LowerFormat completed successfully pretty quickly and then I started the “Run” phase, as in your instructions. Unfortunately it fails exactly at 21% at the step “Download systemjb…” Please see the screenshot. I’ve tried this twice and both times it fails exactly at 21% at systemjb.

問題は解決しました. I had to attach the MK908II with its USB cable directly to a USB port on my Windows machine. When it was failing at 21% I was attaching it to the same USB port of my Windows machine, but through a 1 meter long USB cable between the USB port and the MK908II’s USB cable (I was lazy to get down below the table and plug it in directly into the USB port, so I used this extension cable, which caused the failure at 21%. Strange…).
ともかく, now the firmware is flashed and running great! ありがとう!
Unfortunately the VNC connections still don’t accept mouse/keyboard input from the VNC clients. People say that it’s some uinput bug. It seems it hasn’t been fixed 🙁

ROCKCHIP don’t release the sdk for android L, then those factories cant’ do anything.
