The computer will  say \u201cUSB Device Not Recognized\u201d. Go to Device Manager and you will see  your device listed as \u201cUnknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request  Failed)\u201d in \u201cUniversal Serial Bus controllers\u201d section<\/li>\n<li>Now in \u201cUniversal Serial Bus controllers\u201d section you should also  have \u201cUSB Root Hub\u201d\u2019s (might be several of them). Click through them and  find the one that has \u201cUnknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request  Failed)\u201d in the \u201cPower\u201d tab (should be next to General).<\/li>\n<li>Right click on that \u201cUSB Root Hub\u201d and press \u201cDisable\u201d. Now you  should have a small arrow pointing down on the USB Root Hub icon and the  \u201cUnknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)\u201d should have  disappeared.<\/li>\n<li> Now you have to  go to the folder where the RKBatchTool is located on your system. Find  the file &#8220;config.ini&#8221; and open it. Find the section where it says:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>LOGFLAG=TRUE<br \/>\n#SUPPORTLOWUSB=TRUE\u65f6,\u626b\u63cf\u652f\u6301full speed usb\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u9ed8\u8ba4\u53ea\u652f\u6301high speed usb\u8bbe\u5907<br \/>\nSUPPORTLOWUSB=<\/p>\n<p>Write TRUE next to the second \u201cSUPPORTLOWUSB=\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It should be like this:<\/p>\n<p>LOGFLAG=TRUE<br \/>\n#SUPPORTLOWUSB=TRUE\u65f6,\u626b\u63cf\u652f\u6301full speed usb\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u9ed8\u8ba4\u53ea\u652f\u6301high speed usb\u8bbe\u5907<br \/>\nSUPPORTLOWUSB=TRUE<\/p>\n<p>Save the file and open the RKBatchTool as usual and you should see the green square in Connected Devices.<\/p>\n<p>Now you will be able to flash the rom.
