This instruction is just used when you can&#8217;t get upgrade from OTA, and we also release this upgrade method and firmware to the developers, and hope we can see some custom roms or new features coming. ok here we go.<\/p>\n<p>You can download the firmware here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mediafire.com\/download\/mfgw6qyzca6bg7j\/tronsmart%20t1000-11164.rar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.mediafire.com\/download\/mfgw6qyzca6bg7j\/tronsmart%20t1000-11164.rar<\/a><\/p>\n<p>(this is the 11164 version, also the lastest version, but maybe some days later, it won&#8217;t be the newest version, because tronsmart will push new update \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>here is the upgrade tools:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mediafire.com\/download\/vhz0cpozz1477cc\/Upgradetools.rar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.mediafire.com\/download\/vhz0cpozz1477cc\/Upgradetools.rar<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Both files are in zip formate, you should decompress the download file to use.<\/p>\n<p>Upgrade instructions:<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: You should prepare your Tronsmart T1000 and one micro usb cable,( the one you always used to charge your smartphone,please don&#8217;t use the usb cable included in the package), and you also need tweezers(or thumb pin)<\/p>\n<p>Step 2 Open the case of Tronsmart T1000.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3:Short Flash Pin<\/p>\n<p>One hand shorts the pin 5 and pin 6 as shown on the picture below<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"TB_Image\" src=\"http:\/\/oi41.tinypic.com\/os4ieu.jpg\" alt=\"&lt;br\/&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http:\/\/oi41.tinypic.com\/os4ieu.jpg&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;View Raw Image&lt;\/a&gt;\" width=\"1052\" height=\"531\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then another hand puts the usb plug into the PC.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/oi41.tinypic.com\/2v30t1h.jpg\" alt=\"http:\/\/oi41.tinypic.com\/2v30t1h.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 4:<\/p>\n<p>The computer will popup message window and ask<br \/>\nyou to install driver for Actions USB Device.<br \/>\nNotice:there&#8217;s no need to short pins any more if you get this message.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"TB_Image\" src=\"http:\/\/oi40.tinypic.com\/2pq9hqw.jpg\" alt=\"&lt;br\/&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http:\/\/oi40.tinypic.com\/2pq9hqw.jpg&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;View Raw Image&lt;\/a&gt;\" width=\"502\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Choose &#8220;install from a list of specific locations&#8221; and then you get this menu:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"TB_Image\" src=\"http:\/\/oi43.tinypic.com\/1z2lno0.jpg\" alt=\"&lt;br\/&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http:\/\/oi43.tinypic.com\/1z2lno0.jpg&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;View Raw Image&lt;\/a&gt;\" width=\"503\" height=\"385\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now you should click Browser button,and go to find the usb drivers, the drivers is in the download file, after you download the upgradetool file, decompress it, and you will find a floder called &#8220;adfu_driver&#8221; , choose this folder, and then click Next.<\/p>\n<p>If you met the following menu, just click&#8221; continue anyway&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/oi43.tinypic.com\/2m6wmcx.jpg\" alt=\"http:\/\/oi43.tinypic.com\/2m6wmcx.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 5: After you successfully install the drivers, you\u00a0 can go to flash the firmware,<\/p>\n<p>Go to the &#8220;upgradetool&#8221; folder, and run ActionsMPUpdate.exe.you will see this<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"TB_Image\" src=\"http:\/\/oi39.tinypic.com\/2whk1fp.jpg\" alt=\"&lt;br\/&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http:\/\/oi39.tinypic.com\/2whk1fp.jpg&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;View Raw Image&lt;\/a&gt;\" width=\"853\" height=\"546\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click the &#8220;Firmware&#8221; button and select firmware file you just downloaded ( the firmware should be in .bin formate).
