Run the Flash_tool.exe<br \/>\n2. You will see a screen that looks like this:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blogimage.geekbuying.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/12.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/blogimage.geekbuying.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/12.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0Click \u201cScatter loading\u201d button.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blogimage.geekbuying.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/21.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"2\" src=\"https:\/\/blogimage.geekbuying.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4. Browse to the RileyROM folder and select the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt file and press \u201cOpen\u201d.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blogimage.geekbuying.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/31.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"3\" src=\"https:\/\/blogimage.geekbuying.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/31.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"505\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>5.  At this point, you need to remove the battery from your device  and  connect the device to a USB 2.0 port on your PC (USB 3.0 is not   supported). You should start hearing the \u201cdings\u201d in Windows to signify   that it detects your device.<br \/>\n6. Click the Download button on the Flash Tool.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blogimage.geekbuying.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/41.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"4\" src=\"https:\/\/blogimage.geekbuying.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/41.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>7.  If your device is connected properly, you will see the percentage  bar  change colors and start running. The one to watch is the yellow  bar that  goes from 0-100% indicating that the ROM is being flashed.<br \/>\n8. You will then get a window with a green circle, indicating that the flash is complete.<br \/>\n9. \u00a0When the flashing process is done, disconnect the USB cable and   replace the battery in your device and turn on the device.
