Hi Guys:<\/p>\n

We spent 2 days to test this in all of our tv box.<\/p>\n

We test on all Platforms,like Allwinner A10, Rockchip RK3066, Freescale, all of them can work well.<\/p>\n

First, all of the credit should to XAF(xbmcandroid forum), their developer made this custom rom XBMC Version for us.<\/p>\n

As we all know before,\u00a0apart from devices based on AMLogic AML8726-M1\/3, \u00a0many platforms still do not support video hardware decoding, so this \u00a0must be handled by software. As the CPUs in most devices are not powerful enough to decode HD videos, some people have provided instructions to use an external player, for example with Telechips TCC8925 and Diceplayer. This is not ideal because you basically lose XBMC user interface during video playback, but it\u2019s a good workaround until XBMC 4 Android supports more platforms. However, you still need to edit some config files by yourself.<\/p>\n

BUT Now, you don’t need to do above anymore, just follow the below instruction:<\/p>\n

Step 1<\/strong><\/em>: Install the \u201cMX Player\u201d application to your Android device. You can do this through the Google Play store, or simply by navigating to this page on your device\u2019s web browser and then clicking on the appropriate download link below:<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong><\/em>: Launch and exit the \u201cMX Player\u201d application on your device at least once before continuing.<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong><\/em>: Download and install the \u201cXAF Custom Build of XBMC\u201d to your Android device. You can do this by navigating to this page on your device\u2019s web browser and then clicking on the appropriate download link below:<\/p>\n

NOTE<\/strong><\/em>: Should you encounter any errors at this point, make sure to Enable \u201cUnknown sources\u201d under \u201cSecurity -> DEVICE ADMINISTRATION\u201d within your device\u2019s \u201cSettings\u201d panel.<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/strong><\/em>: Once it\u2019s done installing, launch the \u201cXBMC\u201d application on your device for the first time, wait a few seconds before you begin using it, then jump right in!<\/p>\n
