Tronsmart T428<\/a><\/strong> is the first Rockchip RK3188 quad core mini pc, some people has got it, and wonder how to root, the root method for all rk3188 base device should be the same, you can follow this instructions:<\/p>\n

  • Make sure USB Debugging is enabled on your Tronsmart T428(Settings -> Developer Options)<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Connect your T428 \u00a0to a\u00a0Windows\u00a0PC via the mini USB port. (now only support rooted via Windows PC, no linux or Mac)<\/li>\n
  • Your PC should detect a new device, and try to install the driver. You can download the driver\u00a0https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/7fae206h3js8asn\/Rockusb_v3.5.rar<\/a><\/li>\n
  • After having installed the driver, download\u00a0RK3188_ROOT.rar<\/a> (password: GEEKBUYING.COM), and extract the files.<\/li>\n
