Update Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are two methods to update firmware on Measy U4B:<\/p>\n

1 Update by Micro SD Card directly,if you don’t brick your device, and can boot to system normal, then you can try this method:<\/p>\n

Step 1: download the file;<\/p>\n

Step 2: decompress the file, and put the update.img file to your micro sd card (please make sure there is no other img file in your micro sd card)<\/p>\n

Step 3: insert the micro sd card to your Measy U4B,and the system will inform you, find a new update package, click “install\u2018\uff0c the system will reboot, and update the system, please don’t remove the power adapter when you do the update!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

If you can’t boot to system, i think the above update method is useless for you, so what you should you, I ask Measy engineer, and they tell me another method, but i want to say, measy made a big mistake in the design of U4B, they don’t give customers \u2019recovery” button to do the system update, so the second update method is becoming a little more difficult for some guys, but don’t worry, you can follow ours instruction,and make your U4B alive again:)<\/p>\n

Download the RKBATCH TOOLS and Drivers<\/p>\n

Open the RKBATCH TOOLS, and load the U4B firmware you just download;<\/p>\n

Step 3:(the most important part)<\/p>\n

Try to open your Measy U4B,and find a pin to short the following part , at the same time, you should connect your u4b with the computers,<\/p>\n

and then the computer will inform you find a new device, and you should go to \u2018device manager\u2019 and choose the drivers you downloaded, and install the drivers, after that ,you will find in the RKBATCH TOOL, the “number 1” changed colour,and then you should click the “restore” button,and your U4B will do the flash.<\/p>\n
