1.Copy the update.ZIP to tf card or your TS7 directly, no need to uncompress.
\n2.Power off the TS7, or remove the battery of your phone to make sure power off.
\n3.Then press power & volume+ at the same time, a yellow exclamation mark would appear, then press power again
