Many of our customers always asked that how to root T-R42,<\/a> K-R42 Bluetooth version. We always replyed that:\u00a0 the same with K-R42<\/a>.\u00a0 yes the same, and today I am posting this blog for those who wanna easily find out with the Key word T-R42<\/a> Root.<\/p>\n

  • Make sure USB Debugging is enabled on your T-R42<\/strong><\/a>(Settings -> Developer Options)<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Connect your K-R42 to a\u00a0Windows\u00a0PC via the mini USB port. (now only support rooted via Windows PC, no linux or Mac)<\/li>\n
  • Your PC should detect a new device, and try to install the driver. You can download the driver\u00a0http:\/\/www.mediafire.com\/download.php?yqxz3wnqi2hpmcm<\/a><\/li>\n
  • After having installed the driver, download\u00a0RK3188_ROOT.rar <\/a>, and extract the files.<\/li>\n
  • Click \u201c\u00a0TPSparkyRoot.bat\u201d and follow the instructions. After 2 reboot, your device should be rooted.<\/li>\n
