Q: When I opened the box, there were 2 short screws for the handlebar and a 1.25” screw. What’s the 1.25” screw for?

Q: Can you change it from km/h to mph?

Q: How to assemble the electric scooter?
A: Please assemble the M2 Electric Scooter as the following steps
Step 1: Unfold the scooter and put the kickstand down
Step 2: Put the spring to bring out the lower main line
Step 3: Connect the main line and attach the handlebar to the stem
Step 4: Tighten the screws with the tools included in the package and press the power button to check if it works normally.
Q: Could it go uphill?
A: Hello, 5TH WHEEL M2 e-scooter comes with a rated 350W motor, easy to deal with steep 8° slope.
Q: How many watts is the motor?
A: The power motor is 350W.
Q: Where is the location of battery?
A: The battery is under the pedal which is not able to remove.
Q: I just got my scooter and its not going more than 7mph. I'm not sure why, it has 3 bars of battery.
A: Once the power button is turned on. Push in really quick and it will change the speed settings from 1, 2, 3 or manual.
Q: Can I ride it in the rain?
A: We do not recommend riding in the rain. Even though M2 electric scooter has IP54 rating, which proves to be splash-protective, constant exposure in wet conditions could damage the scooter and cause unwanted accidents.
Q: How long should I charge this electric scooter?
A: Full charge about 4-5 hours, you need to see the charger indicator, red is charging, green is charging complete.
Q: What is included in the electric scooter box?
A: There are 1x tools, 1x charger, 1x tag outer packing box, 1x tag, 1x manual outer packing box, 1x user manual in the box.
Q: Unboxed the m2 scooter, assembled and fully charged. it will not engage the motor? is there anything i am missing?
A: You have to push off hard on the scooter and hold down the lever to pick it up. We had the same issue till we called customer service. And explain to us to push it first.

A: Max load 220 lbs. Anything placed on the product should not be heavier than the max weight capacity of M2.

A: The input voltage of the charger is 100V-240V.
Q: Is this solid tire or foam filled tire?
A: This is 8.5 inch honeycomb tire, honeycomb tire is free of inflation and will not puncture the tire.
