The L1 Max can reach speeds of up to 50 km/h (31 mph).
Tested under a full battery at 25℃(77°F), on flat ground, with a 65 kg (143 lbs) rider during continuous acceleration. Actual performance may vary depending on load, speed, riding habits, road conditions, temperature, and wind speed.

How far can I ride on a single charge?
You can ride up to 90 km on a full charge.

What kind of battery does it use? Can I remove it?
The L1 Max uses a DC48V 20.6Ah (998.4Wh) ternary lithium battery with cylindrical cells.
We don’t recommend removing it yourself to avoid safety risks. If you have any concerns, please contact Ausom after-sales support.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
Charging with the included DC54.6V 1.5A charger takes about 14 hours for a full charge.
Can it fit tall riders?
Yes. The scooter is designed for riders 1.4 m to 2 m (4'8"-6'7"), making it suitable for a wide range of heights.
How much does it weigh, and what's the max load?

What type of tires does it have? Do they need air?
It comes with 10×2.75-inch vacuum tires (front and rear), ideal for city streets and light off-road paths.
Recommended tire pressure: 50±3 PSI. Check and maintain pressure regularly for the best performance.
Is it foldable? Is it easy to carry when folded?
Yes. The L1 Max folds down to 1240×690×560 mm (49×27.1×22 in), making it convenient to fit in a car trunk or carry short distances.
What is the maximum climbing angle?
The scooter can handle slopes of up to 20°/36.4%.
Does it have suspension?
Yes. It has front and rear swingarm suspension with springs for a smoother, more comfortable ride.
Can I adjust the suspension stiffness?
Yes. Use a 45-52 mm crescent wrench to adjust the front and rear shock absorbers.
Tip: Avoid adjusting immediately after purchase. Only make changes if you feel the suspension is too hard or soft after riding for a while.
What braking system does it use?
It features front and rear disc brakes and an E-ABS electronic braking system for safer stopping.
Does it have lights? Can I ride it at night?
Yes. The scooter comes with a headlight, tail light, turn signals, and ambient lights for safe night riding. However, please ride carefully after dark.
Does it have ambient lighting?
Yes. There are ambient lights on both sides of the footboard, which can be turned on or off using a combination of buttons.
Does it have a dashboard? What information does it display?
Yes. The L1 Max has a 4.5-inch LCD display that shows speed, battery level, riding mode, and more.
Does it have anti-theft features?
Yes. It supports NFC unlocking and password protection for added security.
Will I need to assemble it? Is it complicated? Do I need extra tools?
Some basic assembly is required—simply attach the handlebar and display.
All required tools are included in the package, and the manual provides clear instructions.
How many NFC cards are included?
Three NFC cards are included. For convenience, we recommend keeping one at home as a backup in case another is lost.
Can I change the password?
Yes. You can change the password by following the manual's instructions:
1.Turn on the display.
2.Press the “+” and “-” buttons to enter the P23 setting.
3.Enter the default password and create a new one.
Does it support app control?
Not yet. This model does not have app connectivity.
Is it waterproof? Can I ride it in the rain?
We do not recommend it. The scooter is rated IP54, and the battery IPX5, meaning it can handle splashes but not heavy rain or puddles. Wet roads and poor visibility increase risks, so riding in the rain is unsafe. Your safety is our top priority.
