A: Yes. The battery is removable and can be charged on or off the bike. You can lock it on your bike with the key for high security.

A: Yes.
Q: How do I recharge the battery pack?
A: The battery pack can be charged on or off the bike by plugging in the charger unit. The charger unit connects to a standard wall outlet. The charging time is around 6.5 hours.
Q: Does the e-bike come with a display?
A: The T2 bike comes with a 2.6" LCD that shows various information, including real-time speed, battery level, assist level, riding distance, trip time, etc.
Q: Does it have app control?
A: Yes. You can connect the T2 to the Eleglide app, which is available on Apple iOS (11.0+) and Android (5.0+) devices.
Q: What braking system does it use?
A: The T2 uses premium hydraulic disc brakes that offer better control, increased braking effort and more responsive braking, enabling a 30% shorter braking distance than traditional mechanical brakes. The sealed hydraulic system is less prone to contamination, wear or tear, which lasts longer and requires less maintenance.
Q: What kind of assembly is required?
A: Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled (about 85%) and packaged in a standard bike box. The parts that need to be mounted include the front wheel, front mudguard, headlight, saddle, pedals and handlebars. You can check the manual for a step-by-step guide.
Q: What is the maximum rider weight?
A: The maximum recommended rider weight is around 120kg (264.5 lbs) for optimal performance.
Q: What is the frame size?
A: The size of the frame is 27.5" x 17.5".
Q: I'm 5'8". Can I use this bike?
A: Yes. The recommended rider height is 160-195cm (around 5' 3"-6' 5").
Q: Can I ride this bike on a rainy day?
A: All of the electric components, including the battery pack, are designed to be water-resistant. However, we strongly recommend keeping it indoors on rainy days or in bad weather.
Q: Where is the bike shipped from? And how many days can I get the bike after I place the order?
A: Our bikes are shipped from warehouses in Europe. It usually takes around 3-7 working days for shipment.
