Highlights
Motor-Driven Z-Axis
The NEJE Max 4 laser engraving machine has been fully upgraded. It adopts electric Z-axis with high precision, which can load up to 1kg and travel 45mm. This electric Z-axis realizes high-precision repositioning with an accuracy of 0.001 mm. In the LightBurn software, the focus distance of each layer can be set automatically, and the thicker material can be cut efficiently through the control of the Z-axis.
Four-Axis Control System
NEJE Max 4 is the first laser engraving machine on the market that can realize 4-axis collaboration. Through the collaboration of the X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and A-axis, it can automatically complete more precise processes. Through expandable functions, the machine can automatically complete M7, and M8 auto smoke discharging, air assist, door safety functions, and visual positioning functions, and perfectly integrated with various extended functions of LightBurn.
High Precision Fixed Focus Laser Module - E40
E40 laser module is a high-power dual beam fixed focus high-precision module. It has extremely small incisions when cutting MDF boards, leather, acrylic, fabric, cardboard, and other high-density materials less than 4mm, and the minimum gap between incisions is less than 0.06mm. Also, it can carve stainless steel, stone, glass, ceramics, and other high-resolution materials with high-precision rendering capability. The NEJE E40 module adopts NEJE's unique external lens optical compression technology. The energy density is 2 times higher than that of the 20W optical power module, so it has faster speed and precision in the actual engraving process.
High Precision & High Stability
Equipped with an industrial-grade maintainable track, NEJE Max 4's service life is up to 20,000 hours. Through reasonable design and precise processing technology, the precision of the frame is improved, and the mechanical precision reaches 0.01 mm. The adaption of a higher hardness alloy frame effectively eliminates the vibration of the equipment and improves the stability of the machine.
Support Wireless Offline Work
NEJE Max 4 supports wireless offline work. You can create everything you want in LightBurn and use NEJE software to operate the machine wirelessly. Offline work distance within 10 meters is available, so you can operate the machine anytime and anywhere without computer restrictions.

Questions & Answers
FAQ
Q: Does NEJE Max 4 support Curved surface engraving?
A: Curved surface carving is a relatively professional CNC function, as it requires you to first create a 3D path file using CAM software. You can execute it through NEJE or Lightburn software.
Q: How's the CNC precision frame?
A: The machine has an anti-jitter design, so there is no ripple in such a large area of lightweight equipment. NEJE can effectively eliminate the jitter of precision drawing by customizing alloy materials with different hardness and matching reasonable shock absorption design.
Q: Is the working frame stable?
A: The new built-in anti-static design will make the equipment more stable and reliable
Q: How does the Native A-axis - Rotary work with NEJE Max 4?
A: The NEJE Max 4 is a standalone A-axis that can be easily configured with the rotation axis function by setting it in the Lightburn software. You don't need to use the Y, and Z axes as rotation axes When configuring the rotation axis, you need to first position the Y axis to the specified position, and then start the A axis. You need to remember that when using the A axis, you need to multiply the actual object diameter by a fixed parameter as the input diameter.
Q: How to use M8, M7, and DOOR Extention?
A: The NEJE series devices support M8, M7, and Door function expansion. We usually use M8 to control automatic air assist, which is used to assist in cutting or protecting the lens. It can automatically control the gas supply when the equipment starts and ends. You can connect M8 through a relay switch or electromagnetic air valve. The M7 function can be configured in the Lightburn software and NEJE software to check whether it is enabled. Usually, we use M7 to expand the automatic smoke-discharging system, and we usually use relay modules to control the power supply of smoke-discharging equipment. The Door function mainly expands safety functions. NEJE engineers have designed expansion functions for flame sensors, emergency stops, and safety doors. The expansion of the Door function can help prevent safety issues to a certain extent By expanding the interface, you can obtain a more automated device that greatly improves operational efficiency and experience in the actual operation process. (Please select the corresponding voltage air valve according to the input power supply voltage otherwise the functions of the main board M8 and M7 may be damaged)
Q: Do you sell the camera for NEJE Max 4?
A: NEJE's specially designed 85-degree distortionless 16MP pixel Lightburn camera can clearly display details for working areas larger than 1 meter; With this camera, you can easily locate the image on the surface of the sculpted object to improve operational efficiency.
Q: Do you have the protective case for NEJE Max 4?
A: NEJE provides an external frame, which not only can collect exhaust gas and fire protection functions but also can install cameras when the area is expanded.
Q: Do you have NEJE Max 4 upgrade kit?
A: The motorized Z-axis module needs to be paired with a brand-new control board. There are multiple versions of the Max series, but we are sorry that we are currently unable to provide a standard part for upgrading and renovating.
Q: Can I buy the motorized Z-axis separately?
A: Sorry, the motorized Z-axis only applies to NEJE Max 4 now, it cannot be sold separately.
