SCULPFUN S9 to Sculpfun S30 Ultra 33W Upgrade Kit empowers the S9 to deliver the main functions that the Sculpfun S30 Ultra 33W has. The package includes the S30 Ultra 33W laser module, S30 Ultra motherboard, S30 Ultra air pump, air tube, limit switch, S30 Ultra power adapter, cable, screw bag, laser repair kit, and other essential items.

Enhanced Ultra 33W Laser

The S9 laser machine upgrade kit adopts a single enhanced 6W diode, which makes its actual laser power and cutting ability higher. Compared with the S9 laser engraver(5.5W cuts 3mm balsa wood and 3mm plywood in one pass time), S9 upgrade kit 33W can cut 20mm balsa wood and 15mm plywood in one pass time.

Upgraded 32-bit Air Assist Motherboard

The latest 32-bit motherboard has stronger computing capability, and overall performance is greatly improved compared with S9(8-bit) main control board featuring faster cutting speed and a more stable cutting effect. It supports an automatic air assist control function, supports Bluetooth wireless connection to control the machine, and is not limited by the distance of the USB cable.

High-speed Air Assist Pump

Significantly improve the cutting penetration and cutting efficiency with faster cutting speed and cleaner cutting surfaces. The high-speed airflow of 13.5m/s with a high-pressure air-assist nozzle makes it can cut plywood and MDF panels more than 5 times faster, and cutting surfaces are cleaner and not smoky.

Standard S9 XY-axis Limit Switch

It is perfectly suitable for an S9 laser machine and can be installed and used directly. After installing the limit switch, the machine will open the homing and positioning function, which is very suitable for repeated positioning or batch manufacturing work.

Replaceable Protective Lens

The S9 machine upgrade kit adopts an innovative replaceable lens, which greatly improves the service life of the laser, which is more than 10 times longer than other general lasers. When the lens is damaged or after long-term use, the lens can be replaced to restore its cutting power.

New Upgrade Laser Eye Shield

SCULPFUN S9 upgrade kit is equipped with a detachable glass eye shield, which will not be dazzling even if you don't wear glasses. In addition, you can easily disassemble it if you don't need it.

Compatibility Design

The S9 upgrade kit has been designed to maintain certain compatibility, and except for the S9 machine, it can also be upgraded to the SCULPFUN S6/S6Pro/S30/S30Pro/S30Pro Max or similar 2-axis laser machines. (Note: S6/S6PRO/S9 does not need to use an adapter cable, and S30/S30Pro/S30Pro Max needs to use an adapter cable, otherwise the X-axis direction will be reversed.)

Note:

• 1. Because of the powerful laser, it is forbidden to run the engraving machine unattended. Please pause it if you're not around.
• 2. Please refer to the user manual for detailed machine instructions and parameter settings.
• 3. Please install the laser protective cover before operating the machine; if not, a pair of goggles is needed.
• 4. Do not touch the laser with your hands, or it may burn your hands.
• 5. Please avoid a strong impact on the machine.
• 6. Children under 14 are not allowed to use this product and children over 14 need adult supervision.
• 7. Do not apply the laser directly to any specular reflective objects as this may cause injury to the operator or burn the laser.
• 8. Due to the installation of limit switches and the larger size of the laser head, the actual working area of the machine will be reduced, which is about X: 375mm Y: 380mm.
