5. Is the battery easy to charge and how long does it take to charge?

Absolutely! The battery is removable and can be charged both on and off the bike for your convenience. It also comes with a lock and key to keep it secure and prevent theft. A full charge takes about 7 hours.

6. How do I charge it? Is the charger included?

Yes, the S2 comes with a charger. You can recharge the battery by plugging the charger into a standard wall outlet, whether it is on or off the bike. It’s as simple as charging your phone.

7. Is it hard to assemble?

Not at all! Your e-bike arrives 85% pre-assembled in a standard bike box. You’ll need to attach the front wheel, pedals, saddle, and handlebar. It’s a quick process, and we have a step-by-step video guide on YouTube to help you.

8. What is the maximum rider weight?

The maximum recommended rider weight is 120kg to ensure optimal performance and system reliability.

9. Can I ride this bike on a rainy day?

The bike has an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning all electronic components, including the battery pack, are water-resistant but not completely waterproof. We strongly recommend not riding on rain or severe weather conditions. Remember to dry the bike after wet rides to keep the electronics in top shape.

10. Is it easy to fold and unfold? Do I need tools?

It's designed for quick folding, usually tool-free. Just lower the seat post, fold the handlebar and main frame. You can refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.

11. How far can I go on a single charge?

You can reach a maximum range of up to 150 km under ideal conditions (fully charged battery; optimal tire pressure; 70kg load; constant speed of 15km/h; temperature of 20-25℃; wind speed below 3 m/s; dry, hardened, flat, slope-free asphalt/concrete roads). Keep in mind that various factors (terrain, load, assist level, etc) will affect your total distance.

12. What is the tire size? Why the fat tire design?

It’s at home on pavement, sand, snow, grass, and gravel paths. While it’s not intended for extremely rough off-road trails or dedicated mountain bike tracks.

14. How do different assist levels affect the range?

It’s a trade-off: higher levels or throttle-only mode give you more "boost" but use more battery. If you want to go the distance, stick to the lower assist levels or pedaling. If you’re in a rush, crank up the assist level and let the motor do the work!
