1. Download MiPhone Flash Tool here.
2. Double click to run the tool, if there’s a pop-up, choose run.
3. Choose the software install location.

4. Click next to install, then to find the Miflash.exe icon.
5. Download the Mipad 2 Android firmware, and extract it.
6. Then Open the Miflash tool, click browse-advanced setup, select the fastboot script as shown.
7. Then find the “flash_all_except_data_storage”. Click refresh.
8. Connect your pad with computer, after it shows a device, click flash.
