I have a problem where the touch randomly works on an area on the bottom (a square area) De izquierda a derecha.

Sé, everything started from this update but my phone with this update:
– Gmail crashes.
– Google play service need update but Goggle Play Store crashes.
– Headphone is not detected.
– Sim 1 is getting lost after some minutes.
– The orginal cover does not put the phone is standby as did will Android 4.4.4
– The firmware for going back to 4.4.4 is not usable.
– Otros…..
Furthermore actually I can’t nevere downlload any fw as the message received is as per the attached picture.
So I need a fast solution.

I purchase the Ecoo E04 plus 3GB with order #3320739. Received with Android 4.4.4 and I tried to upgrade to Lollipop 5.0 following your instruction and tutorial.

Please forward me Ecoo E04 button combination for factory reset. Actually my phone stacks on the logo with android and not boot. Furthermore all the fw I found to go back at 4.4.4 are not usable with Flash Tool (Scatter file is invalid).
