After completing the mobile phone binding, click to open the Kingsmith R1 treadmill entry. The cumulative exercise data appears on the home page, and you can view the historical data in the "historical data" menu.

The child lock is to prevent children from accidentally opening and thus causing danger. After turning it on, the panel of the machine will display "LOCK", and all operations, including remote control and mobile phone, will not respond. You can only continue to use it after turning off the child lock in the settings. Go in from the more button on the upper right corner of the mobile App homepage, there is "Security Settings" -> "Child Lock", which can be turned on or off. ‘’

Open the Kingsmith R1 treadmill plug-in in the KS Fit APP in the upper right corner of the home page, the three-dot icon will pop up a menu after clicking it, and there is "Goal Setting" in which you can set goals according to time, distance, and consumption indicators. After setting the goal, when the above “single” exercise reaches the goal, the Kingsmith R1 treadmill will use the buzzer to beep, and the panel will display “GOAL; DONE”. Note that the target will not be accumulated, it is the target of "single exercise", that is, it will prompt if the data displayed on the panel reaches the target.

Need to use the mobile phone to bind the Kingsmith R1 treadmill, and then follow the instructions to complete the novice guide program. If you have never walked through the novice guide, then this process cannot be interrupted, and it needs to be executed again if interrupted. If the account has been trained in the novice mode before, the novice mode can be exited by using the return button in the upper left corner.

The device needs to be plugged in with a safety lock before starting and linking APP. Need to put down the armrest, the armrest should be flat and tighten the link in M mode. When connecting, the network does not support 5G frequency or dual-frequency WiFi (WiFi name cannot have Chinese or special letters, or start with 3); the mobile phone needs to allow all the permissions of the app.
The Kingsmith R1 treadmill needs to be connected to the mobile phone with Wifi. You need to confirm the wireless network name of your home. You need to change it to all English or numbers. It does not support the recognition of Chinese names and 5G networks for the time being. You need to turn on the phone's Bluetooth at the same time when connecting.
The app shows that the connection is timed out and the device cannot be searched by Bluetooth. You need to reset the machine. Reset steps: press the conversion button on the right side of the machine head for 3 seconds, stop for 1 second, then press for another 3 seconds, then turn off and turn on. If the red wifi light becomes slow, the connection can be successful.
