Warranty Information

Warranty Policy

At Geekbuying, we are committed to offering reliable after-sales support. Our standard warranty covers Consumer Electronics for a period of one year from the date of delivery. For select products, based on the manufacturer's policy, product reliability, or special promotions, we offer an Extended Warranty of up to two years. The specific warranty duration for each product will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

Exclusions: RC Drones and RC Quadcopters are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to any accidental damage caused due to user's negligence of usage.

Geekbuying will be in charge of all the repair handling fees and non-artificial defective component replacement charges (this free repair rule does not apply to motherboard & screen).

General Guidelines

This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein. This warranty is not transferable. Geekbuying is not responsible in any way for damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or by user negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the 'User Guide' or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials. Furthermore, Geekbuying is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty Exclusions:

a) The user voids the warranty if he or she
  • Damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism;
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance;
  • Unauthorized modification or commercial use;
  • Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age

b) Please contact us before returning a defective item; otherwise, your return request may be delayed.

c) If an item is not repairable or a replacement can't be provided due to stock unavailability within the warranty period, a refund will be provided to the customer.

d) While returning items, ensure to ship it via a trackable shipping method to avoid shipment being lost in transit.
