Thanks to the high quality of the materials and extra-strong lid clamps, this filter can handle higher levels of water pressure. The pressure filter is equipped with a switch that controls seven functions. The options are: 1- backwash (this position is used to wash away the dirt under the grate), 2- do not use for ponds, 3- pond drain (this position is used to empty the pond and wash away the dirt in the valve), 4- filtration (standard running position), 5- stop (the pump can be cleaned, whereas the water remains in the filter), 6- bypass (this is the medicine position; the water does not flow through the filter material, so the medicine stays in the water), 7- winter (in this position the valve mechanism is not under pressure when the filter is not in use). The pressure filter is also equipped with dirt indicator on the cover. Another special feature of the filter is the option to install 1 or 2 UV-C Units to make the water clearer and fight bacterial infections. The set includes the High-Stream Pump 8000 equipped with an energy-saving motor. The motor has a thermal security device, and is entirely sealed. The pump is delivered with a flexible 10 m grounded electrical safety cable and plug.Delivery includes the Clear Filter 75, an 36 W UV-C unit, the High-Stream Pump 8000, a filter hose, Japanese matting, lava stones and an active carbon filter.
