Anycubic Photon Mono SLA Printer

LCD Vat Photo Polymerization - the LED light emitted from the LCD screen will gradually solidify the resin, during the printing process, the LCD panel will block some light, only a portion of light will irradiate the photosensitive resin, to solidify the resin layer by layer until the whole print is completed. This tech minimizes stacking grain/lines on the surface, makes the surface of the print smooth and displays high-accuracy details, suitable for printing sophisticated components and models.

Monochrome Screen

Anycubic Photon Mono uses monochrome screen, compared to the traditional color screen, the monochrome screen has greatly boosted transparency(up to 7%), this enables the light source to provide the amount of energy needed for the solidifying of the resin in a shorter time, and therefore it can increase the printing speed(50mm/h). What’s more, as the increase of the transparency, there’s no more need of the long-time high-energy UV irradiation of the screen, therefore the monochrome screen has a 4X longer lifespan than the color screen.

4K 3840x2400P

The 6.23 inches 4K monochrome screen boasts a 3840x2400P high resolution, total 9.2 millions pixels and up to 35um XY pixel, the pixel, pixel mark and serration mark are all smaller, so the printing effect of the model dramatically improves.

350:1 Contrast Ratio

Our 350:1 contrast ratio is 75% higher than the 200:1 widely found on the market. The higher contrast ratio renders the imaging of the exposure area more precise and the edge of the model more delicate to print clean-cut 3D models, meanwhile improve the print quality and successful rate, greatly reducing filament waste.

30-100% UV

Photon Mono supports to set a 30-100% UV energy. Different UV energy can fit for different resin. Boast a 99.95% insulation rate to 450nmUV. The matrix paralleling light source coupled with the quartz beads(15 LEDs) makes distribution of UV energy more uniform and details of the print excellent.

Our self-developed slicing software Anycubic Photon Workshop enables you accessible to both basic and advanced functions for free without the problem of the subscription fees. The premium, high-transparency anti-scratch film can prevent resin and other liquid oozing and contaminating the screen.
