A: There are 2 kinds of sensors on this mid-drive e-bike. There is a torque sensor built into the motor's bottom bracket for your riding, and a speed sensor is attached to your rear wheelset for monitoring your riding speed.

The battery pack can be charged on or off the bike by plugging the charger into a standard wall outlet. The charging time is approximately 6.5 hours.
8. Does it have app control?
Yes, the Eleglide C2 can be connected to the Eleglide app, available for Apple iOS (11.0+) and Android (5.0+) devices, allowing you to monitor and control your ride.
9. What kind of assembly is required?
The e-bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. You’ll need to attach the handlebar, front wheel, pedals, seat, headlight, front mudguard and battery. This process is straightforward, and we provide both a step-by-step video guide on YouTube and an assembly guide in the user manual to assist you.
10. Can I ride this bike on a rainy day?
