What does the triple suspension system do?
The triple suspension system consists of hydraulic shocks, air shocks and mechanical shocks under the seat. The triple suspension system cushions you from unexpected bumps when you're on the roughest roads and trails. Combined with motorcycle-grade fat tires, PVY Z20 PLUS provides you with a floating riding experience. You can easily ride through railroad tracks, mountains, grass, gravel roads and city streets.

Is the maximum riding range of 120 km theoretical or practical?
It's practical. The '120km' figure is the average result of actual road tests for a 75kg rider in good traffic conditions in e-assist mode; That of all-electric mode would be 80km. However, riding range may vary depending on different road conditions, riding habits, etc.
Is it hard to assemble the eBike after receiving the package?
PVY Z20 PLUS is delivered almost fully assembled, it takes a few steps such as installing the wheels and pedals, tightening the handlebars and inflating the tires if needed. To complete the assembly, we have installation instructions in the package to guide you. We will also provide you with an assembly video, or you can contact our support team for help and we will guide you online.
