Can I use the unit while charging?
Yes, DaranEner NEO 300 supports pass-through charging. If the power consumption required by the external device exceeds the charging power to the battery, the output will prioritize the external device, and the battery charging will be delayed. To prevent battery degradation, please use pass-through charging only in emergencies. However, please note that NEO300 is not equipped with UPS function.
Can I disable the power-saving mode?
No. NEO300 will automatically enter energy-saving mode after 15 minutes of AC and DC load less than 5W. It is currently not possible to disable this setting.
What's the water-resistance rating for this product?
NEO300 is not water-resistant, so it should be kept away from liquids.
How long will it power a CPAP?
