FAQ
Q1: What devices can be powered by the Flashfish T300Pro?
About AC Output:
The power station can run appliances with a total rated power of less than 300W (e.g., TV, stereo, laptop).
It can support appliances with a total peak power of less than 600W.
For appliances with motors, please consider their peak (surge) power—the instantaneous power required at startup.
Examples include refrigerators, soy milk makers, air pumps, vacuum cleaners, and printers.
Their peak power is typically 3–5 times the rated power. (For reference only. For accurate peak power, please refer to the appliance manual or consult the seller.)
About DC Output:
USB-C1 (x1): PD 5V⎓3A, 9V⎓3A, 12V⎓3A, 15V⎓3A, 20V⎓3A / 20V⎓5A, 100W Max
USB-C2 (x1): 5V⎓3A, 9V⎓3A, 12V⎓2.5A, 30W Max
USB-A1 (x1): 5V⎓3A, 9V⎓2A, 12V⎓1.5A, 18W Max
USB-A2 (x1): 5V⎓2.4A, 12W Max
Cigarette Lighter / DC5521 / DC5525 (shared): 12V⎓10A, 120W Max
These three DC ports share the same 120W limit.
If the connected devices exceed this limit, the power station will enter protection mode.
To reset it, simply recharge the unit using the wall charger.
If the overload is too high, the power station may be damaged. We strongly recommend confirming both the rated power and starting (peak) power of your appliances before using them.
Q2: How to calculate the working time for your devices?
1. AC Output Working Time
Working time = 230.4Wh × 0.9 ÷ device power
Example:
If your device uses 60W:
230.4Wh × 0.9 ÷ 60W ≈ 3.5 hours (approximate)
2. DC / USB Output Working Time
Working time = 230.4Wh × 0.95 ÷ device power
Q3: How many full charges can the T300Pro provide for your devices?
Full charges = 230.4Wh × 0.9 ÷ battery capacity of the device
Example:
If your device has a 50Wh battery:
230.4Wh × 0.9 ÷ 50Wh ≈ 4.1 times (approximate)
