Note: 
1. If the adhesion of the powder surface is not enough, use the equipped sandpaper to lightly polish the surface to increase its adhesion.
2. The temperature resistance of the PET diamond texture surface is 100°C, and the temperature resistance of the powder PEI surface is 190°C. The nozzle should not directly touch the panel to prevent scalding the surface of the panel.
3. The distance between the first leveling nozzle and the platform is within 0.05-0.2mm to ensure that the consumables adhere to the printing platform. The speed of the first layer is recommended to be 10-25mm/s, and the cooling fan needs to be turned off for the first 1-3 layers of printing.
4. Reference temperature of different Filaments; PLA: 50-65°C, PETG: 70-80°C, TPU: 60-70°C, ABS: 90-100°C (PET surface is not suitable for ABS)
5. The leveling nozzle should not be too low. If the nozzle scratches the platform, it will cause permanent damage, or if the first layer is too low, the adhesion will be too tight, which will cause the mold to tear the surface layer.
6. It is recommended to take the mold after cooling. If the mold is not cooled, it has strong adhesion and may easily cause the surface to fall off.
