You may restart the Bluetooth, turn on the positioning permission clear your background Apps, and restart it.
2. What can we do if the lock box is powered off?
When the battery is lower than 10%, you'll be prompted to change the battery by both the lock box and the App. If the battery is already powered off, you can use an emergency power supply by connecting portable power to the Type-C interface.
3. How to restore factory settings?
The device is restored to factory settings when it is unbound.
There is no restore to the factory settings button, you can unbind via the Lockin Home App.
