Q: How often should I replace the lens of the laser module?
A: A smudged lens can seriously affect the quality of engraving or cutting. Thus, we recommend that you replace the lens once a month.

A: Click “Frame” to preview the engraving range. If the engraving range is beyond the engraved object, move the object or the laser head to adjust it.
Q: Is the air pump noisy?
