NEJE 3 Max V2 Main Features 

NEJE 3Max-V2 is a general-purpose large-area DIY laser engraving and cutting machine with simple assembly, stable performance, and ease of maintenance.

It is an improved version of the fourth generation based on NEJE 2 Max, NEJE 2s Max, and NEJE 3 Max. It improves structural strength, smoothness, and accuracy by optimizing alloy material matching and structural design, and conducts comprehensive calibration using precision CNC machines. While ensuring portability and ease of use, it perfectly meets the needs of both novice and commercial users.

The NEJE 3Max-V2 is very portable, allowing you to easily pick it up with one hand and complete your projects outdoors. It can also be easily hung on the wall when not in use.

The new control system supports the native Z-axis and A-axis, and a single computer can control countless devices, supporting commercial production mode settings and lightburn wireless mode.

NEJE E40 vs E80 Laser Module 

NEJE E40 module is suitable for a wide range of materials. Mainly skilled in fine carving and cutting, E40 has a unique performance in grayscale carving ability and cutting details for metal materials, MDF boards, leather materials, and plywood (If you often use these materials and want more detailed carving and cutting, and the material is less than 4mm, then you can choose E40)

NEJE E80 module excels at fast engraving and cutting thicker materials efficiently. Its performance and durability are far better than competitors' high-power modules, and even better than 30-40W high-power modules. (For cutting thick materials or fast engraving, and for higher efficiency, choose E80)

NEJE 3 Max V2 is compatible with all series of NEJE functional laser modules and has excellent fine carving or portrait grayscale effects on different materials. You can choose laser modules according to your needs.

Excellent Cutting and Engraving Ability

NEJE 3 Max V2 laser engraver adopts E40 high-power dual beam module, and a 0.03mm*0.04mm ultra-fine compression spot to provide high-precision engraving. The actual energy density of the NEJE E40 module’s 11W output power is 2 times higher than other 20W optical power modules, can easily cut wood, leather, acrylic, and other high-density materials in 4mm at ONE PASS, and also the top-notch artistic expression on engraved metal, glass, ceramics, and reflective materials.

Large Working Area

790x470mm super large working area, and the Y-axis track can be extended to 1030mm (extension kit sold separately), which is suitable for engraving large crafts or engraving multiple artworks at the same time. The machine also supports vertical work and outdoor work, efficiently meeting various commercial production needs.

Precision Optical Level Focus Adjuster

NEJE has designed an optical laboratory-level Z-axis height adjuster for 3 Max V2, the Z-axis height adjuster has scale and locking functions, with a rotation of 0.7mm. You can even manually control the focus accuracy to 0.1mm. In the process of metal carving or cutting thick materials, it can greatly improve operational accuracy and portability, thereby improving operational efficiency.

CNC Linear Track

The new Max 3 V2 laser engraver is equipped with industrial-grade rails with a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours. All components are calibrated by a high-precision industrial host, making the module more accurate and stable. The machine adopts a higher-hardness alloy frame and large non-slip foot pads, which can effectively eliminate the vibration of the machine and improve its stability.

Upgraded Control System

Supporting 4-axis independent control, equipped with a native drive Z-axis and expandable A-axis interface, it can be used to transform Z-axis and expand other motor functions. The new BLE stable wireless control solution replaces traditional card insertion manual control solution and can complete wireless real-time control and offline control directly through NEJE software, LaserGRBL, and Lightburn, greatly improving efficiency and saving time. Standard Door, M7, and M8 expansion interfaces can be used to expand automatic air assist, automatic smoke exhaust, automatic lighting, and automatic safety sensing stop functions. This saves operating time and improves the ability of laser multi-layer automated processing.
