[New Version] LONGER RAY5 Laser Engraver Y-Axis Extension Kit

Highlights

Designed for the New-Generation RAY5

Specially designed for the new-generation LONGER RAY5 laser engraver. This extension kit features a newly added air pump port, supporting the air-assisted cutting function of the new version without additional modification.

Expand the Working Area by Up to 213%

Extend the Y-axis to increase the working area from 400 × 400mm to 400 × 850mm on 5W/10W RAY5 models. The larger workspace makes it easier to handle long signs, large wood panels, and other oversized projects.

High-Precision Aluminum Profile for Stable Engraving

Uses the same high-precision aluminum profile as the original RAY5, providing a rigid structure and stable movement. The extended working area maintains consistent engraving and cutting accuracy.

Complete Extension Kit for Easy Installation

Includes extended Y-axis aluminum beams, timing belts, matching extension cables, and an installation manual. The complete kit provides the required components for a straightforward installation without additional parts.

Built-in Measuring Scale for Accurate Positioning

The Y-axis features clear measuring scales for quick and accurate workpiece positioning. Transmission components are matched to the original RAY5 system for smooth and reliable operation during daily engraving and cutting.
