The Powkiddy RGB10 Max 2 console is powered by the  Rockchip RK3326 SoC, a quad-core solution built around ARM Cortex-A35 solutions clocked at 1.5 GHz, and a Mali-G31 MP2 chipset. The RAM is limited to 1GB of DDR3L and there are 2 storage variants, 64GB and 256GB TF card where the Powkiddy RGB10 Max 2 stores the EmuElec 4.3 system and games.  The 5-inch IPS screen on the console has a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. All of them are tuned to efficiently run the various games the console aims to emulate. The built-in 4200 mAh battery provides up to 8 hours of overall autonomy. Recharging takes 2.5 hours with a USB type-C port, allowing the use of external solutions to increase gameplay time on the go.

The Powkiddy RGB10 Max 2 features a single 1-watt speaker, an audio jack for connecting headphones, and a USB 2.0 Type-C OTG port. It has WiFi and Bluetooth modules and measures 7.6 cm deep, 19.5 cm wide, and 1.8 cm thick. Besides applying the EmuElec 4.3 system, the most outstanding features of this console lie in the proposed ergonomics. The console has two mini joysticks, a directional pad, and traditional ABXY buttons. Double triggers are also present. The idea is to meet the needs of several console families since many systems are emulated.
