2,000W AC Output, Ampup to 3000W
At home, SuperBase Pro 2000 has you covered. With 2,000W of AC output and 3,000W
Ampup* capability, you can power your microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, or
other essentials around the house, worry-free.
*AmpUp is our patented Dynamic Voltage Output technology. When power-hungry devices need a high starting
current, AmpUp can lower the output voltage to compensate, allowing for higher current at the same output
power. And since a pure sine wave output is maintained, it's completely safe.
*AmpUp is enabled through SuperBase Pro 2000's companion app. Device compatibility may vary.
Equipped With UPS
An unexpected blackout can be a huge headache. If you're working on your computer, you
could lose important progress. Even worse, a sudden power interruption can actually
damage sensitive electrical equipment.

(UPS*) functionality built right in. And it's super easy to use. Just connect SuperBase Pro
2000 to a power outlet, connect your essential devices to SuperBase Pro 2000, and you're
done. If the power goes out, SuperBase Pro will switch over to battery power automatically.
*UPS is applicable to electrical appliances below 2,000W.

with the same superfast performance you'd get from conventional charging. That's one
hour for an 80% charge, and two hours for a full charge.
*PVMax is a patented protocol utilizing High Voltage Solar Technology (HVST) conversion to deliver up to 1,800W
from solar arrays that provide 60-160V. SuperBase Pro 2000 comes with an MC4 to AC female cable, so setup is really simple.
3,000 Cycles Battery Life
SuperBase Pro 2000’s battery can run 3,000 cycles to 60% capacity (1,500 cycles to 80% capacity).

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What kind of batteries does SuperBase Pro use?
A: SuperBase Pro 2000 uses NMC (LiNiMnCoO2) batteries with a total charge capacity of 2,096Wh, while SuperBase Pro 1500 uses LFP (LiFePO4) batteries and has a charge capacity of 1,456Wh.
Q: What's the difference between SuperBase Pro 1500 and SuperBase Pro 2000?
A: SuperBase Pro 1500 has a different battery type and capacity from SuperBase Pro 2000. Because of this, the two products have different charging and discharging times.
Q: What is the operating temperature of SuperBase Pro?
A: Discharge: -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to 140F) / Charge: 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F)
Q: Does SuperBase Pro have a built-in MPPT controller?
A: Yes, it does.
Q: What's the noise level?
A: SuperBase Pro maxes out to about 52dB at 1 meter, but we are still testing this.
Q: Can two products be used in parallel?
A: Not yet. We will develop this for future updates. However, you can connect two SuperBases together in series using an AC charging cable, using one of the them as the power source. You can connect 3 or more SuperBases like this together.
Q: Are the wheels replaceable?
A: SuperBase Pro's industrial-grade wheels are built into the product and are not replaceable.
Q: Are there built-in fans?
A: Yes, there are 4 smart fans, which only run when necessary to keep the operating temperature at an appropriate level. Using the app, you can tell SuperBase Pro to prioritize either high performance or low noise.
Q: Can SuperBase Pro be charged by other solar panels?
A: Yes, SuperBase Pro can be charged by other solar panels with voltage ranging from 12V to 60V up to 600W via the XT60 port, and 60V-160V up to 1800W via the AC input. Zendure's 200W solar panel has been thoroughly tested with SuperBase Pro and remains our recommendation.
Q: Should I charge my SuperBase Pro to 100% right away?
A: The BMS (Battery Management System) needs to familiarize itself with the internal cells, so you might find that your SuperBase Pro will not charge to 100% on the first charge cycle. If you discharge the battery below 60% and try to fully recharge the battery twice, this should complete the process and give you access to the battery's full capacity. After this, normal usage will not be affected.
